The BCHS Music Booster Organization is the parent support group for the instrumental music program at BCHS. The main purpose of this organization is to provide support our children to participate in music for their own personal growth and development. Studies have often reported that successful people in all walks of life have participated in some way in the study of music. The BCHS Music Boosters raise funds to support additional education for the students, to purchase new instruments, repair equipment, provide uniforms and props, and fund performances and buses. Band parents move instruments on and off the football field and competition sites, attend concerts and festivals, sew flags, hem pants, and cheer (LOUDLY) at competitions. They mop up tears, and make a lot of cupcakes. Participation in Music Boosters is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR ALL PARENTS. Notices will be sent home and/or calls will be made to you regarding meetings and schedules. We look forward to much enthusiastic support from our new parents!
