SCRIPS is another fundraiser that doesn't cost a penny, and can put lots of money in your student's account. Businesses pay a percentage of gift cards to your student's music fund with the purchase of their gift cards. The percent of donation varies. Scrips orders will be sent in on a regular schedule of the 1st and 15th of each month; we’ll increase the frequency as needed during the holiday “gift card” spree. Click Here for the form to email to me, or print out for hand-written orders. Click Here for the shopwithscrip.com website for the list of merchants and percentages. Payments enclosed in a sealed envelope can be dropped off in Tammy Ahmed’s box or contact me (Cheryl Joseffy) at cj57etal@yahoo. com to arrange for delivery or pick-up. Please include in the envelope: · Your name (as person ordering) · A phone number where I can reach you · Check or checks made out to BCHSIMP
I look forward to working with all of you; please feel free to contact me with any questions. Sincerely, Cheryl Joseffy |

Students and families are encouraged to meet their marching band fees by working at Invesco Field Games. Students must be 16 or over to work these events. Until this time, parents, other adult family members and friends are able to work at a concession booth at Invesco Field. Each Broncos event is given a value of $75. When one concession event is worked, this $75 credit is put into the student account. This $75 value is per person/ per event worked. For example, if 2 family members work one concession event, a total of $150 will be credited to the student account. The booster organization also works concessions for Denver Outlaw games. $60 will be credited for each Outlaw game worked. Bear Creek Band Booster Fund Raising at INVESCO and How It Works The contractor for all concessions at INVESCO Field is Centerplate. They pay the Booster organization a percentage of the booth’s profits or $75 per person which ever is greater. Once the workers, you, are paid, the additional goes to the band’s general fund. The only Training that is required is TIPS alcohol training. We must have at least 50% of all adults trained. Centerplate provides this free of charge to all organizations. The schedule for the Training is every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 6-9pm at INVESCO and will start sometime this summer until the First pre-season Broncos game in August. |
