2025 Bear Creek High School Instrumental Music Program Craft Fair Vendor Application
Oldest and largest high school craft fair in the state of Colorado!!
Last year we had 3200+ attendees and largest amount of vendors to date!!
32nd Annual BCHSIMP Craft Fair
9800 W Dartmouth Pl, Lakewood, CO 80227
Dec 6th, 2025 9am-4pm. Vendor setup begins at 6am.
10' x 10' booth space
$150 vendor fee
$15 electricity fee (if needed)
Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, displays, etc.

**Double booths are not available unless you had one previously
** You will be notified via email of acceptance on June 30th 2025. Payment is due within one week of application acceptance. You will be emailed a payment link at that time. If payment is not fulfilled within one week, a vendor may loose their space.
**Cancellation policy: If cancelled prior to 11/1/2025, all fees are refundable. Cancellations after this date are non-refundable and will be considered a donation to the Bear Creek Instrumental Music Program. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
