What is CutTime?

CutTime is the management tool used by the BCHSIMP.  It provides tracking, communication and financial management for students and their families.  

• CutTime uses “MagicLinks,” sent via text, to connect guardians and students with their student accounts.
• Your MagicLink never changes. You can type it in or email it to yourself to access CutTime on your computer.
• Volunteer opportunities will be posted for specific events under the Events tab.
• Payments can be made using the Make a Payment button under the Financial Summary (3% fee is charged to the individual).
• You can contact the sender of an announcement by clicking on their name at the top of the announcement.

Payments through Cut Time

Once you're in your CutTime account, you will see a way to make payments to your student's account. Please note, that if you choose to pay through CutTime, there is a 3% processing fee on top of your student's fees. 

To avoid this fee, you may pay through our PayPal link on the Registration and Payment webpage. When using the PayPal link, please be sure to provide your student's name and information on all the fees that this payment is going toward, so our Treasurer and Student Account volunteers are able to apply the payment correctly.
