It's Peach and Pear Season!
You don’t want to miss out on this fundraiser! This is one of the most profitable opportunities for families in our program!
***Note to new families: Even though school has not started, our families and community look forward to this summer fundraiser every year. This is a great way for families to get a jump start on building their student accounts and can be used to cover specific expenses during their time in the program.
The peaches, pears, and honey are from Cunningham Orchards in Palisade, CO. The fruit is delivered to us within 24 hours of being harvested so they are very fresh! And the honey is very high quality and local!
Sell Dates: 6/25 to 7/29
Order Collections: All orders and money must be submitted by Monday, July 29th
Delivery Date: Late August. We will communicate exact date when our fruit is ready for harvest. You will pick up all your orders and deliver to family and friends.
Student Profit: At least $10 per box of peaches or pears, $5 per jar of honey.

Options for Collecting Money
It is the student and family’s responsibility to ensure all funds are collected. Please see below recommended options for money collection. All money must be collected at the time of order.
Final Order Funds Collection
You will collect all the money from your friends and family and then you will make one payment to BCHSIMP to cover all the orders:

Bear Creek High School Music Boosters CutTime account - Make sure to include message with the student’s name. If you choose this option, there will be fees added by CutTime that will be taken directly out of the student’s profit.

- Print this order form and write in orders
- Access Editable order form through MS Excel or Google Sheets and type in orders (totals will calculate automatically for easy use)

- PayPal and/or Venmo - have customers send money directly to you via PayPal or Venmo. Note: Money sent as family or friend will prevent you from being charged fees.
- Cash or Checks made out to BCHSIMP
- Printed Forms - take a picture or scan order form and email to [email protected] (include how you plan to submit payment)
- Editable Forms - email form to [email protected] (include how you plan to submit money)
- Return order forms (with money) to Mr. Cartner or Kendra at the school (south lot entrance) on Monday, 7/29 between 8am and 3pm. This is the first day of Marching Band Camp so there will be lots of activity!
- Make other arrangements with Kendra directly.
- Note: Please make sure the student’s information is included on the form.

- Make sure to tell people what you are fundraising for. Is it for your concert dress, marching band fees, upcoming music trips?
- Setting goals for fundraising is the best way to drive yourself, and people will want to help you obtain your goal.
