• Reminder all marching band commitment forms and deposit is due on Tues. , May 21st!

• End of the year Music Program Banquet - this Wednesday - sign in at the door if you haven't purchased ahead of time. Our banquet is being held at The Jefferson County Fairgrounds. The doors open at 6 and dinner is at 6:30 PM. click here for signup form.

• The end of the year concert will be Wed. May 21st at 7pm at D'Evelyn HS. Students are to report at 6pm. Orchestra students should report to the choir room, band and jazz students to the band room. Please join us for this fabulous evening as we pay tribute to our remarkably talented students.

• All concert band and orchestra students (no jazz band) will be required to perform at the Commencement Ceremonies at Red Rocks Amphitheater on Thurs. May 29th. Students need to report to the BCHS music room by 6:30am to load buses and the truck. click here for itinerary.
• PLEASE NOTE: BOTH OF THE ABOVE EVENTS WILL SERVE AS YOUR CHILD'S FINAL EXAM GRADE. PARTICIPATION IS MANDATORY EVEN THOUGH THE COMMENCEMENT CEREMONIES ARE AFTER THE STUDENTS' LAST DAY OF SCHOOL..
• ALL MUSIC AND SCHOOL OWNED EQUIPMENT MUST BE TURNED IN PRIOR TO OR ON THE DAY OF GRADUATION OR FINES WILL BE ASSESSED.
