Vendor Information

Baker? Maker? Artist? No matter what wares you offer, the Bear Creek Instrumental Music Boosters Craft Fair is a great way to get it in front of thousands of eager-to-buy customers in one whirlwind day. As one of the largest craft fairs in the Denver area, our vendors tell us year after year that it's their biggest event of the year and the one they spend the most time getting ready for! 

But, we only have 200 spots available! Booking opens up for repeat vendors in June and new vendors in July. 

Internet connectivity available for free. Electricity available at some booth locations.

Volunteer Information

Interested in volunteering? Contact the Craft Fair Committee for more information. We're looking for 200+ volunteers to put this program on. This is one of our biggest fundraising event of the year, so your help would be greatly appreciated!

If you're in the family of a current Bear Creek Instrumental Music Program student, you will receive volunteer signup information via CutTime in the weeks leading up to the craft fair. If you do not have a student in the program, please contact our Craft Fair Chairperson to inquire about volunteer opportunities.
