Employer Matching & Workplace Giving

Many employers offer programs that let employees support nonprofits through matching gifts, payroll deductions, or other workplace giving programs. If your employer participates, your donation to Bear Creek High School Instrumental Program may be doubled, or you may be able to give directly through your company’s workplace giving program.

How it works

If your employer offers charitable giving benefits, they may provide one or more of these options:

• Matching gifts — your employer matches your donation

• Workplace giving — you donate through payroll deduction or an employee giving portal

• Volunteer grants — some employers donate when employees volunteer time

How to participate

1. Check with your employer’s HR department, benefits portal, or workplace giving program.

2. Search for Bear Creek High School Instrumental Music Parents or ask whether donations can be made to our booster organization.

3. Follow your employer’s instructions to submit the request.

4. If your employer needs additional information or verification, please contact our treasurer for assistance.

Employer giving programs are an easy way to increase support for our music students, performances, equipment, uniforms, travel, and program needs, often at no additional cost to your family.
