The Instrumental Program Leaders are great about communicating with both parents and students. You'll get lots of information on:
event dates, call times for students and volunteers, clothing your time should be wearing, important deadlines and much more. To best stay on top of all that is happening, definitely follow these best practices. 

Email

Please, read ALL emails. You can expect to receive the bulk of information and announcements sent by the music teacher, the board of directors and the committee chairs to the email address you included on your enrollment information sheets.

CutTime

You'll receive text messages through CutTime that will provide relevant information to your student. Feel free to bookmark the link within each text, as this link is unique to you and stays the same throughout the school year. Have questions about this?
