HELP OUT BEAR CREEK HIGH SCHOOL INSTRUMENTAL MUSIC WHENEVER YOU SHOP AT KING SOOPERS

The King Soopers Community Rewards program makes fundraising easy by donating to local organizations, like ours, based on the shopping you do every day. Once you link your card, all you have to do is shop at King Soopers and swipe your Sooper Card.

Here’s how it works:

1. Create a digital account

A digital account is needed to participate in King Soopers Community Rewards. If you already have a digital account, simply link your Sooper Card to your account so that all transactions apply toward the organization you choose.

2. Link your card to BCHSIMP

To select our organization: 

1. Sign in to your digital account.
2. Search for "Bear Creek High School Instrumental Program".
3. Enter the name or NPO number "FP814".
4. Select the our organization from the list and click “Save”.

Our program will also display in the King Soopers Community Rewards section of your account. If you need to review or revisit your organization, you can always do so under your Account details.

NOTE: As a bonus, you will continue earning fuel points in addition to donating to our program! 

3. Our program earns while you shop

Any transactions moving forward using the Sooper Card number associated with your digital account will be applied to the program, at no added cost to you. 

Please encourage your family, friends, & neighbors sign up for the program and designate Bear Creek High School Instrumental Music as their chosen beneficiary! 

HOW DO I ENSURE MY STUDENT GETS THE CREDIT?

Once a Quarter you will need to take a snapshot of the screen for the last quarter donation and email that to Shelea Alonzo for allocation to your Child's account otherwise it will stay in the General Bear Creek Music fund.
