Holiday Arts and Crafts Fair Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in applying to be a vendor at the 2022 Holiday Arts and Crafts! We so look forward to this event every year and it wouldn't be the amazing shopping event that it is without our wonderful vendors!

Please note we will be adhering to these dates so please mark you calendars and get your submissions in early! Fair will fill up quickly so apply by August. All Applications must be fully complete before they will be submitted for review. This includes Application, and pictures and payment. Application and pictures may be emailed to bchsimpcraftfair@gmail.com. This includes returning crafters. |

The booth rentals are $130 and do NOT include a table or chairs. If you would like electricity to your booth, that is an additional $10. Payment is requested at time of submitting application.

Refunds/Cancellations

If you are selected as a vendor, but need to cancel, refunds will be honored only if cancellation occurs 15 days prior to the event.

You will be notified via email when your submission has been accepted. Please make sure your email is up to date and legible on your submission (if mailing in application). All communication for the fair will be sent via email to the email on this year’s application.
If you have submitted your completed application prior to August 1st, and have not received correspondence as to its status as of August 31st, please contact us via email.

If you'd like to print your application, please download the application. New this year, you may also fill out the form below to submit your application. However, you will still need to make payment and email your pictures to bchsimpcraftfair@gmail.com, in order to be considered for a vendor booth.
